1. Please make sure the recipient’s phone is active and reachable with dialing by our delivery team. Cakes would have to return to Pandan Man for all unreachable delivery to ensure the cake’s quality. Customer may have to pick up the cake or rearrange the third-party delivery to come over Pandan Man workshop by themselves. Delivery fee would not be refunded for all unreachable orders.

3. Every Pandan cake are freshly made to every order. If you wish to change your order, we require notice at least 72 hours before your pickup or delivery time. All sales are final and not subject to amendments within 72 hours of pickup or delivery time.
